Ready to meet the new clover PR Assistant?! My name is Christina, and I’m a California native, born and raised in the Bay Area. I’ll always have a special place in my heart for my hometown and beautiful San Francisco, but from a young age I knew I wanted to live in Los Angeles. The sun, the people, Hollywood, the sights – there is so much to explore and so many great experiences that I can’t wait to explore. With that in mind, I headed straight to UCLA when college came around! This fall I’ll be entering my third year as an undergraduate majoring in Psychology currently exploring different options for a minor. Although I’m a part of a few amazing organizations at UCLA, I’m most heavily involved with Her Campus UCLA. I started writing for Her Campus in my second year and completely fell in love with the online magazine, the community, and writing. Next year, I will be co-leading our chapter as UCLA Campus Correspondent, and I can’t wait for all the exciting things to come!
What is it that this 20 year-old college student likes to do in her free time? I’m a homebody at heart – my favorite thing to do on a free night is curl up with some hot Gingerbread tea and a good movie and have a relaxing night in. I’m definitely the girl to ask if you want to watch a great movie – especially if you’re in the mood for a romantic comedy or cheesy chick flick. I love to bake and try new recipes – dessert is my absolute favorite thing in the world. Although my sweet tooth is my Achilles’ heel, I pride myself on healthy living and eating clean – delicious food doesn’t have to be unhealthy! One of my favorite perks of living in Los Angeles? The food, of course! I have an embarrassingly long ongoing list of restaurants I need to try ASAP. Brunch recommendations are always welcome 🙂 I’m a lover of all things relating to health and fitness, and I am always ready to explore. I’m also definitely a shopaholic, which can be a bit of a problem as a college student (see: picture above). But realistically, can anyone turn down the perfect outfit when it’s practically screaming out at you from a store window (…or computer screen – online shopping will be the death of me)?! At a young age, I realized I have a passion for the beauty industry (I was that 8 year old wearing lipstick and blue eyeshadow), and I am constantly testing out new beauty products and playing with different makeup looks. I’m definitely a product junkie, always searching for and eager to find some amazing products for my skin, hair, and body.

My interest in public relations stems from all of my passions – entertainment, beauty, health, fitness, writing and communication. PR is the industry that brings all of those as well as other things out to the world in one way or another, and I want to be part of that. Joining clover PR has been one of the most exciting steps of my life, and I am absolutely thrilled to be part of such a dynamic, collaborative, innovative, fierce, fabulous team.
