New York is yet again getting another to die for restaurant. This time hospitality giant Esquared partnered with the co-founder of NY’s favorite vegan joint By CHLOE. Perfect for the winter months ahead, the new digs will feature Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine from resident chef Eden Grinshpan who will be bringing ideas from her family roots and travels. She’s been featured on both the Cooking Channel and Food Network where she regularly follows the trend of vegetable-heavy dishes and elevated cuisine to stay relevant with all the NYC fit chicks. The soon-to-be-named restaurant is set to open in early 2018.
Have a great weekend!
