It’s Friday and we have no clue where the week went. Oh yeah, we celebrated a birthday, sipped on rosé and got vampire facials at Illuminate Face & Body Bar #ClientLove. Thanks for supporting our girl gang and checking out the newest #FreshFriday.
Fall La La (Well+Good)
It’s no secret that summer is ending and fall is knocking on the front door. We are gearing up with new apps to kick our summer vibes into high gear. From this round-up we downloaded Todoist, which keeps all our little reminders in one place, and Noisli, for our inner yogi that offers different sounds that help you relax or focus. Other must tries include Unroll.Me, Trello, and Forest which all help to boost productivity in your life from projects to inbox management. What are you going to check out?
Touche Glossier (NYLON)
We are no strangers to the beauty brand that puts skin first and makeup second. This week, Glossier launched their first body products. We know the products won’t be short of perfection, but what had us even more impressed was the campaign posters that were all over city high rises and social media. The campaign, Body Hero, features women of all different shapes and sizes completely nude. Team clover loves seeing another forward-thinking company changing the world one product at a time. #freshforwardforthegood
Hot Child In The City (Mind Body Green)
NYC’s hottest workout class just got a little hotter with the addition of a new class designed to slow things down a bit. Taryn Toomey is now hosting a 20-minute no sweat class that will focus on breathing but still provide an endorphin high. The goal of The Class Relieve is to lighten the body and clear the mind. Sign-ups started on Monday and are anticipated to fill up quick with celebs and city go-getters.
Watch Out (SELF)
This week was Apple’s annual keynote presentation where the tech giant shares its upcoming products with the rest of us earthlings. One of the biggest fall launches includes a new operating system for the Apple Watch and the next Series 3 model. Apple watchOS 4, will have a new HIIT workout option, water workout tracking, and a sync feature for gym equipment. Series 3 will be the first of its kind with built in LTE which means you don’t have to be synced to your cellular device to make calls or messages. This by far is going to be the best update they could bring us with the watch.
Have a great weekend!
xx, team clover
